Prana Yoga Northumberland

Pauline Boundy

A dedicated, enthusiastic practitioner with over fifteen years experience of practising Yoga. I have accumulated old traditions and new trends in yoga, through following the expert guidance of Teachers in both the East and West. By creating a calm, soothing and happy environment for people to participate in yoga I am able to share my knowledge of postures, breathing and relaxation techniques with them.  Whether someone comes to classes for exercise, strengthening and toning of the body, stress management or in search of relaxation for body and mind I am providing the opportunity to spread the word of Yoga and make the world a better place.
